Hey, educators! If every class feels like a reset you can’t quite get ahead of…

… this is your turning point.

The first few minutes of class shape everything that follows.
Your energy sets the tone. Your clarity sets the direction.

You don’t need to work harder.
You need support that helps you stay grounded, steady, and confident — every single day.

Your next step is clear:

Teaching shouldn’t feel like survival. If you’re exhausted, overwhelmed, or done tolerating the same cycles without progress, you’re in the right place. Start with clarity and let your confidence grow from there. Because your inner classroom determines how you show up in the outer one.

Here is your guided path

Take me there!

I'm Ieva Grauslys

(first name pronounced Yeh-va)

Ieva has helped hundreds of teachers move from overwhelm to grounded clarity — embracing the truth that all teachers are teachers of language, and that the outer classroom always reflects the inner one.

“Ieva is simply amazing! She was so friendly and kind. Before the coaching call I was able to fill out a survey with some questions. Ieva read each question and showed up with detailed answers and suggestions. She listened to every concern I had and gave practical advice. She is extremely insightful and knowledgeable and has many years experience both as an ESL learner and teacher,”  – Stacie V.

I’m so happy I connected with you. I always look forward to our meetings because I feel like we can talk it out and I take a breath of relief and say to myself: “Okay, I’m on the right track. Ieva’s giving me such amazing stuff and my planning time is literally cut in half!” – Leah M.

How am I different from other EL consultants?

Unlike traditional EL consultants who focus solely on strategies, Ieva blends instructional expertise with her signature Inner Classroom Framework. She listens deeply, understands the realities teachers face, and helps them simplify and strengthen their instruction for multilingual learners — because meaningful student outcomes begin with a grounded, supported teacher.

Ieva doesn’t just train teachers — she transforms the way they understand themselves, their students, and their role in language development. When teachers feel regulated, clear, and confident, instruction improves, collaboration strengthens, and multilingual learners thrive. That’s how school culture changes — from the inside out, one teacher at a time.

Because the outer classroom always reflects the inner one.

Originally from Lithuania, Ieva has been on both sides of the table – as an English learner and now as the teacher of multilingual students.

She started learning English in 5th grade, and it quickly became one of her favorite subjects. Then, at 15, she won a national English language competition and 6th months of living and studying in the United States, which was a pivotal moment shaping the entire course of her life.

From a tiny Baltic State recovering from Soviet oppression right to a developed Western country – the culture shock was indescribable and the learning experience priceless.

She has since gotten her BA in English and Literature and a Master’s in Teaching English as a Foreign Language, and has been the advocate of EL students and the guide for teachers of all multilingual learners for over 15 years.

Still, every time a new multilingual learner enters the school, Ieva always remembers the feeling she had when she was 16 and and in the U.S.A. – totally overwhelmed but deep down knowing that she can do it, only without a clue how – and the hope that the teachers will be there to help her navigate.

That’s why she is so  passionate about teaching English learners and helping all teachers realize that they, too, can work magic and unlock unlimited potential in their students not only with the right strategies and tools, but most importantly, by taking care of their own inner landscape.

Who are my EL consulting services for?

For teachers:
If you have multilingual learners — even just one — and you want clearer, more grounded ways to support them without burning out, my expertise is for you.

For school leaders:
If you want to strengthen your EL program so multilingual learners are seen, served, and fully integrated into the life of the school — and you believe that all teachers are teachers of language — my consulting services will support your next steps.

“One of the best webinars that I have attended”

This was one of the best webinars I have attended. It took a lot of the confusion about teaching ESL students out of my day to day. Thanks for the comments about not having to be perfect!
